Access data

On the Internet, information about you is technically collected automatically when you use this website. This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

You have the right to demand that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately. I am obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies: The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. You withdraw your consent on which the processing was based in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR and there is no other legal basis for the processing. You object to the processing in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing in accordance with Article 21(2) of the GDPR. The personal data has been processed unlawfully. The erasure of the personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the eMember States to which I am subject. The personal data was collected in relation to the information society services offered in accordance with Article 8(1) of the GDPR. If I have made the personal data public and I am obliged to delete them, I will take appropriate measures, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and the costs of implementation, to inform data controllers who process the personal data that you wish to request from them the deletion of all links to such personal data or of copies or replications of such personal data. 

Right to restriction of processing

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to me in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit these data to another controller without hindrance from me, provided that the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and the processing is carried out with the help of automated processes. When exercising your right to data portability in accordance with paragraph 1, you have the right to request that the personal data be transmitted directly by me to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.

Right to object

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. I will no longer process the personal data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If personal data is processed by me for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct advertising. 4. Data security

I make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of the applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities. Your personal data will be transmitted encrypted by me. I use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect the data from access by third parties. To secure your data, I maintain technical and organizational security measures, which I constantly adapt to the state of the art. I also do not guarantee that my offer will be available at certain times; Disruptions, interruptions or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers I use are carefully backed up on a regular basis.

 

5. Disclosure of data to third parties, no data transfer to non-EU countries

As a matter of principle, I only use your personal data within my company.
